This summer we were riveted by stories about children on our southern border and in a cave in Thailand. People around the world cheered when one by one that boys and their soccer coach were rescued from the cave. But what about the children our government separated from their parents? They still suffer. Even those who have been reunited will experience trauma. This morning we will consider our accountability and responsibility for the children of the world.
