Mindfulness Meditation is a tool to help us relax, be more focused, and overall feel better. Practiced for thousands of years in the East, it is scientifically proven to work on the brain in a positive way. For someone who follows the beliefs of Buddhism, it is an essential part of the Buddhist belief system. But for most of us, meditation can be a way to better know ourselves. Everybody can meditate. It gives us pause and a moment to sit, relax, and focus on the breath.
