Give Peace A Chance

Passersby see our banner asking them to "Give Peace a Chance” and may recall when John Lennon recorded the song by this title in 1969. He and Yoko Ono staged a “Bed-In” for eight days to promote world peace, and visitors sang along. It became an anthem of the Moratorium to End the War in Vietnam and is, of course, still relevant today. We must all join together in loving community to end war and live in peace.
